Here we have a brand new and only test steamed on a couple of occasions 5" gauge Polly 'Prarie' tank. Nicely built and tidily finished, she's fully sorted and ready to play. The Polly kits success over the years speaks volumes for the robust and simple design, and in the Prarie, you have a locomotive sharing the DNA of the thousands of Pollys that came before, but you also have something a bit rarer and more powerful than the more commonly seen models.
Fitted with an injector, a mechanical axle pump with footplate mounted bypass valve and of course a hand pump in the tank. Lubrication is mechanical and easily accessible on the running board. The boiler is the usual very nicely made professional one from Polly and she comes fully tested, certificated and ready to hit the track.
