Here we have a 5" gauge LMS Stanier Jubilee, to the well respected Allcock design. The loco is a full three cylinder and although not quite complete and ready to steam, certainly the engine part is ostensibly finished. The machining is competently done, and everything looks as though it ought to work. The silver soldered copper boiler is of course brand new, un-steamed and looks very neatly made, and the smoke box has been neatly split along the hand rail line so that fiddling around with the superheaters is a much more straight forward job!
Lubrication is mechanical and there's a large three feed reservoir under the front running board. There's a Steam brake fitted that appears to be plumbed in. The water feeds don't seem to have been finished yet, although it appears that a start has been made for the fitting of 2 injectors the feed pipes already being fitted to the top feed clacks. The tender is nicely detailed, including a well replicated water scoop, but as you can see from the photos that too requires nudging over the final hurdle. All in all it's very nearly there and wouldn't take a great deal of time and effort to finish the project into a really nice locomotive.
