Here we have a ready to play 5" gauge LBSC C1x to the well proven 'Minx' design by, coincidentally,..... LBSC! A regular performer at the previous owners club track this is a nice, sorted and usable loco. Competently made, and made to run, things like the mechanical lubricator are easily accessible on the running board, and submerged in a massive reservoir so you shouldn't have to keep topping her up even if you want to run non stop for a fortnight! 😉
There are two injectors fitted as well as the ubiquitous hand pump in the tender.
As with all the vast majority of our models she comes with a ready to play boiler certificate, both hydraulic and steam all set for the new running season!
