Here we have a nice 5" gauge GWR 57xx pannier tank to the well proven LBSC 'Pansy' design. The subjecto of a recent light overhaul and re-paint, she is freshly outshopped in the rarely seen, but extremely attractive GWR black.
The silver soldered copper boiler is nicely made and fully certificated ready to play. There is an injector fitted, as well as an axle pump and footplate mounted bypass and of course the hand pump in the pannier tank. Lubrication is mechanical and hidden under the front running board.
All in all a straight forward, and nicely presented locomotive that is ready to hit the rails again.
