Here we have a well made 5" GNR 01 class 2-8-0 locomotive to Martin Evan's 'Nigel Gresley' design. The work to date is to a good standard, and we've had the chassis running well on air. The boiler has been hydraulically tested to twice working pressure (standard shell test), is brand new and soundly made.
There is also a box full of the little bits and bobs (we will try and photograph this shortly,.... completely forgot at the time of photography!), and a complete tender body kit from Malcom at Model engineer's laser. So there really is most of the stuff you'll need to do this one, either already done or included ready to finish. Certainly a project that is very well on the way.
