Here we have a substantially made bogie and braked riding truck. It could easily be fitted with stirrups and footboards if needed for raised track running, or indeed a box could equally easily be made to raise the seat for ground level use. The anchor points are there for the stirrups that it has clearly had at some point in the past, but that have been sadly lost along the way. Hopefully the photographs will tell you the full story.
