3.5'' SAR 15F

Here we have a nicely made 3 1/2" gauge SAR 15F! A huge model in 3 1/2" this one, more or less the same size as a 5" gauge 9F! The model isn't quite complete at this stage, although it's extremely close to being so. We had looked at finishing it off here at Steam Workshop, but ultimately we felt that economically we'd be chasing the value up with the labour we put in and it seems more sensible to offer it for less money, but as a fairly straight forward project for someone else to nudge over the final hurdles.

The boiler is a new and tidily made silver soldered copper one. The machining work on the model is very good, with a nice degree of finesses and accuracy which makes us think that it's certainly got the potential to be an extremely capable performer.
