A very well engineered LBSC small boilered Tich.
Loads of lovely extra detailing bits added to this attractive little model, which unusually is constructed very closely to the original and pretty LBSC design before it sprouted bigger boilers, chunky cabs and other less than delicate features!
It is fitted with an injector, an axle pump with bypass valve to the tanks, the tanks themselves being fed with an extra water feed pipe that runs subtly between the frames to a riding truck,... to very sensibly provide further water capacity. There is also a hidden hand pump in the right hand tank as well, just in case you are used to firing the full size thing where everything happens a lot slower!
Beautifully done working salter safety valve to the dome, crisply fluted rods and even a snifting valve fitted to the wet header! Strange things indeed on what ought to be a beginners model!
Fitted with a mechanical lubricator.
