Here we have a well on the way 3 1/2" gauge LBSC 'Tich'. As you can see, all of the hard work is done and the loco just needs pushing over that final hurdle. Walschearts valve gear and a chassis that is ostensibly all finished and just needs final setting up to run nicely on air. The boiler is there too, and although it looks nicely formed, there is a good bit of comsol caulking visible, so it should be considered unfinished and probably in need of a little finishing to get it though it's hydraulic.
Essentially this is a well on the way decent winter project for a model engineer to get their teeth into that will hopefully be possible to finish off without too many stressful hours!
