Here we have a 3 1/2" gauge Stanier class 4 tank to the ever popular Martin Evans 'Jubilee' design. The boiler is a brand new professional one from Devon Steam so there ought to be no worries there. The motion work and general machining looks nicely done, and indeed much of the hard work is already there. Have a good look at the photos so that you know what's there, but certainly this is a good start to what should build into a lovely model.
