Here we have a 2 1/2" gauge Brighton Atlantic, we think to the Henry Greenly design rather than to LBSC's Ayesha drawings. An older model this, but a nicely made little thing non the less. Mechanically she's in reasonable condition, and runs on air. When we tested the boiler we found that some of the stays in the fire box were beading under twice working pressure, and although we think it's perfectly fixable (possibly even radweld will caulk the pin weaps nicely, they certainly look like they would take up under steam), it's not economically viable for us to start stripping the loco down to sort it. We are sure you could run her round your private track in your garden tomorrow without too much of an issue, but in order to get a boiler certificate, these weaps will need addressing.
Apart from that, this is a lovely little model in need of a benevolent new owner!
