Here we have a nicely made 2 1/2" Gauge (Gauge 3?) LMS Stanier Jubilee, built we think to the 1938 LBSC 'Olympiade' design. This is a full three cylinder machine, running very nicely on air. It was the subject of a full rebuild and restoration back in the late 90s, after which is was not steamed, but simply plinthed and has been on display at the home of the builder ever since. The model has been donated by the builder's family to the Patriot project to help raise funds toward the projects progress, and to that end we've included a link to their website so that you can have a look to see what you'd be supporting!

As yet we haven't steamed her, although moves are afoot to do just that, so watch this space! It's obviously an older model, but the boiler is copper, and the fittings all look modern and move freely, so we will give it a go and let you know the results!
