5" braked, and bogied passenger carriage. Designed I think to be used as a raised track carriage, but in need of the stirrups/running boards making and fitting. There are aluminium mounting points for the foot rests at both ends with a sturdy bolt in them ready to attach with, but somewhere along the way the originals have gone astray.
It's nicely put together, braked well to the front bogie, and nice and comfortably cushioned on top.
